1. TWITTER HACKED !
Social media platform Twitter encountered the biggest hack on Wednesday. Twitter accounts of famous personalities like Former US President Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Michael Bloomberg, Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian West, Jeff Bezos and companies like Uber and Apple were hacked. They were hacked as a part of bitcoin scams. Twitter then deleted those tweets and disabled those verified accounts. As per reports, after this incident, Indian Government has issued a notice to the Twitter company asking about the number of Indian users affected by said hack.
2. APPLE DAYS SALE.
Apple Days Sale have been announced on Amazon. This sale started on 18th July midnight and will be live till July 25, 2020. You can get good deals on iPhone 11 series, iPhone 8 Plus, Macbook Pro, Apple iPad series and Apple watch series 4.
3. 12GB RAM VARIANT OF ONEPLUS NORD LISTED ON GEEKBENCH.
OnePlus Nord is set to arrive on July 21, 2020. With Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, this will be running on Oxygen OS on top of Android 10. Geekbench confirms a 12GB RAM variant to launch alongside other variants.
4. MICROSOFT PROJECT xCLOUD TO LAUNCH ON SEPTEMBER.
Microsoft Project xCloud is a platform where you can stream games on cloud similar to video on YouTube with $15 per month subscription. You can stream games on your phone, TV, laptop and other electronic devices. You don't need power but will require high speed internet. Microsoft will unveil this in US, UK and South Korea. Microsoft is also working with Reliance Jio to launch Project xCloud in India as soon as possible.
5. A14 BIONIC CHIP OR NEXT APPLE'S SMARTPHONE PROCESSOR WILL BE THE FASTEST.
This year, iPhone 12 will be powered by Apple's A14 Bionic Chip which is said to be the fastest processor. Apple launches fastest processors every year. A14 Bionic chip will be based on 7nm FinFet process. New iPhones are said to be launching on September 2020.
6. GOOGLE AND JIO TO LAUNCH AFFORDABLE 5G SMARTPHONES.
Jio announced to implement 5G service next year on Jio's 43rd annual conference. They have also partnered with Google to launch cheap and affordable 5G smartphones in India. We will be posting an article about this in detail on our blog. Stay tuned!!
7. TRAI BLOCKS AIRTEL AND VODAFONES PLATINUM AND REDX PLANS.
Airtel and Vodafone earlier launched their Platinum and RedX plans. These plans give preference to Platinum and RedX users over 4G network and customer care service. TRAI has raised questions on operators whether these plans would result in degrading the overall speed of general users who use regular plans.

6. Google invested ₹75,000 crores to support India's digital economy. This will focus on 4 core areas including easy access to technology in regional languages, new local services, digitization and social good.
