 1. RELIANCE JIO CROSSES 40 CRORE SUBSCRIBERS.

On Saturday, Reliance Jio had announced that they have crossed 40 crore subscribers mark and have added new customers into Jio faster than its competitors. To be precise, they currently have 405.6 million or 40.56 crore users. Last year, same time, they had 355.9 million or 35.59 crore subscribers and have seen 13.96% growth. In terms of revenue, Jio has reported quarterly ne profit of about ₹3,020 crores which has increased by 205% compared to last years revenue of ₹990 crores.




2. PUBG MOBILE SERVERS GOT BANNED IN INDIA.

PUBG Mobile, developed by Bluehole, was banned in India along with other 118 Chinese mobile apps last month. PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile lite both were removed from Google Play Store and Apple App Store in India as soon as they were barred.  But people were able to download and play the game from other sources and were able access the servers. But on October 30th, the com[any has officially announced that players from India will no longer be able to play the game as servers also got banned in India. There were reports that PUBG was trying to find partners in India ( Airtel according to reports ) but there is no clarity about the same.




3. VIVO CONFIRMS TO REPLACE FUNTOUCH OS WITH ORIGIN OS.

According to the reports from SeekDevice, Vivo is all set to replace their FunTouch OS with new Origin OS. On Vivo's next developer conference set on November 19th in Shenzhen, the company is said to reveal more details claims SeekDevice. They also said that Origin OS will be more optimized and will overall be a better UI than FunTouch OS. Reports also claims that Origin OS will make its debut on Vivo X60 series smartphones.




4.  SAI MESSAGING APP LAUNCHED BY INDIAN ARMY  FOR SOLDIERS.

The Indian Army has launched a secure messaging app SAI or Secure Application for Internet for their Soldiers. With this messaging app they can reduce data breaches and can send confidential messages among fellow Soldiers. This app also end-to-end encrypted which protects the information send and will be accessible by any other outsider. The message an only be read by the sender and the receiver.




5. FAR CRY 6 AND TOM CLANCY'S RAINBOW SIX QUARANTINE POSTPONED.

Few days ago, CD Projekt RED developers of Cyberpunk 2077 game gave a statement that their game will be delayed for three weeks and will be launching on December 19th which was supposed to launch in November 19th. And now following CD Projekt RED, Ubisoft has announced that their 2 AAA titles Far Cry 6 And Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Quarantine are also being delayed as well due to Covid-19 pandemic.




6. AMD UNVEILED THEIR NEW FLAGSHIP GPUS.

AMD has launched their 3 new flagship GPUs in the market the RX 6800, RX 6800 XT and the RX 6900 XT. The RX 6800 is the cheapest followed by RX 6800 XT and RX 6900 XT. The new offerings from AMD competes against Nvidia's RTX 30 series GPUs. The prices starts at $579 for RX 6800 and $649 and $999 for RX 6800 XT and RX 6900 XT respectively. AMD hasn't launched the cards in India but is expected to launch soon.
