1. SAMSUNG GALAXY M51 TO LAUNCH IN INDIA.
Samsung has started teasing their new mid-range smartphone "Galaxy M51" . Rumors were sparkling around for quiet some time and this week its teaser page went live on Amazon. It is rumored to launch with a beefy 7000mAh battery and a FHD+ Super AMOLED display with high refresh rate. Official look of Samsung Galaxy M51 have already surfaced online. Currently there is no information on price and availability of this smartphone. We can expect it to launch in this month.
2. MORE THAN 11.4 MILLION REMOVED ON YOUTUBE.
According to YouTube, more than 11.4 million videos got removed on Q2, 2020. As per reports, the list includes videos from US, India, Brazil, Indonesia and Russia. These are the top 5 countries from which videos were removed. These videos were removed as they violated YouTube's policies. YouTube wrote in a blog post that "When reckoning with greatly reduced human review capacity due to COVID-19, we were forced to make a choice between potential under-enforcement or potential over-enforcement. Because responsibility is our top priority, we chose the latter—using technology to help with some of the work normally done by reviewers" .
3. SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FOLD 2 TO LAUNCH ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2020.
Earlier, in Samsung's Unpacked Live Event, they along-side with Galaxy Note 20 lineup announced the launch of Galaxy Z Fold 2, the successor of last year's Galaxy Fold. This folding smartphone is supposed to fix some of the companies of last generation model. This smartphone is going to launch officially during Samsung's Unpacked Event Part 2 which will be held on September 1, 2020. The rumored pricing is more than ₹1,70,000/- .
4. GOOGLE PAY TO SUPPORT NFC BASED CARD PAYMENTS.
Google Pay is one of the most popular UPI payment service in India. They have now added NFC based card payment service. To use this feature, your device needs NFC support. When you have to pay just use the NFC tag on your smartphone and just tap on the card swiping machine to pay.
5. MOTO G9 LAUNCHED IN INDIA THIS WEEK.
Motorola has revealed their new G9 smartphone in India, first in the world, and is supposed to be made specially for India. The phone features Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor with 6.5 inch screen HD+ IPS LCD display. Also has 48MP triple camera setup with P/1.7 aperture and 2MP depth and macros sensor. Front camera has 8MP snapper. It has 5000mAh battery and 20watt fast charger. Only comes in one variant 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM and is priced at ₹11,499/- .
6. REALME 7 AND REALME 7 PRO TO LAUNCH ON SEPTEMBER 3, 2020 IN INDIA.
Realme is going to refresh their Realme series smartphones with 7 and 7 Pro. The main feature advertised is 65watt for superdart charging. Realme 7 is rumored to be powered with Mediatek Helios G95 processor whereas 7 Pro might be powered with Snapdragon 720G. Both phones will have 64MP quad camera setup and might come with a high refresh rate screen.
7. NEW CRYPTOCURRENCY APP "PI NETWORK" ARRIVES.
Now you can start "mining" with the new cryptocurrency app named Pi Network app. This app is developed by Stanford PhDs with over 7 million members worldwide.
