1. 118 CHINESE APPS BANNED IN INDIA.
Due to the increasing tensions in the Indo-China border, Indian Government has again took a serious step ahead by banning new list of 118 apps from China. This list include very popular games like PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile lite. The rumours of PUBG were flying around and now it all came true. Other apps include WeChat, Apus apps, Baidu, ShareSave by Xiaomi, Chess Rush, LifeAfter, Dank Tanks, Arena of Valor, Rules of survival are some of the popular apps on the list.
2. NEW INDIAN SHOOTING GAME FAU-G ANNOUNCED.
Fearless And United Guards or FAU-G developed by nCore games was announced by Akshay Kumar on Instagram this Friday. The developers said that this game won't be a PUBG clone instead it will be a shooting game of its own. They have said that battle royale mode will be added to the game. They will also be releasing a cricket as well as a musical game. They have stated that 20% of the revenue generated from FAU-G will be donated to the BharatKeVeer trust of India. This game will be available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store on October 2020.
3. REALME LAUNCHED REALME 7 AND 7 PRO SMARTPHONES.
Realme 7 and 7 pro were launched in India on September 3rd. Realme 7 and 7 pro starts at ₹14,999 and ₹19,999. Realme 7 is powered by Mediatek Helios G95 SoC, a 6.5 inch FHD+ IPS LCD display, 64+8+2+2MP quad cam and 16MP selfie cam, 5000mAh battery with 30 watt charger. Both the phones will be available on Flipkart.
4. JIO ANNOUNCES NEW GIGAFIBER PLANS AND AIRTEL NOW OFFERING UNLMITED DATA.
Earlier this week, Jio had refreshed there GigaFiber plans and made it more affordable. Now, Jio broadband plans starts from ₹399 offering 30 Mbps upload and download speed for a month without FUP limit or unlimited data. They are also offering free one month trial for new users and can either keep it or discard it. Airtel, after Jio's revamped plans, has also started providing unlimited data on existing plans. Earlier, we had a FUP limit and had to pay ₹299 extra for unlimited data with any plan. This is currently not available everywhere but some areas it is available but with a 3,300GB FUP limit.
5. NVIDIA ANNOUNCES NEW RTX 30 SERIES GPU.
NVIDIA this week has launched new NVIDIA RTX 3070, 3080 and 3090 GPUs in an virtual event. The biggest improvement is in the architecture which they have named Ampere architecture and is said to be 1.9 times more power efficient than last gen RTX 20 series GPU. It is also cheaper than previous than gen RTX series and also offers 2 times more power. these graphic cards offer the biggest improvements. With RTX 3090 you can game seamlessly in 8k in 60fps.
6. INTEL HAS ANNOUNCED 11TH GEN CPUS.
Intel launched 9 new 11th gen U series Tiger Lake processors for thin and light laptops. These chipsets include Core i71185G7, i71165G7, i71160G7, i51135G7, i51130G7, i31125G4, i31115G4, i31110G4. These are based on 10nm. The core i5 and i7 SoCs have new Iris Xe inbuilt graphics which can give even better performance than NVIDEA MX350 GPU whereas Core i3 will have old Intel UHD inbuilt graphics.
