Comparison of Smartphones from Chinese and Non-Chinese Brands under ₹17k.

We are back with a new comparison! Today we are considering 4 recently launched smartphones under ₹17k. This comparison is strictly based on the paper specs and not based on real world usage. This is the price range where the competition is at it's peak.
Chinese Brands: Redmi Note 9 Pro, Realme 6.
Non-Chinese Brands: Samsung M21, Samsung M31.
The reason we extended the budget to ₹17k is because it is very hard to find a Non-Chinese smartphone apart from Samsung.
